So, You play padel? Then this website is for you.

And yes! I designed it. So if you run a padel business, here's my work.

Global Padel Hub brings a scattered global sport into one place: discover clubs and coaches, plan trips, and experience padel anywhere. I led UX/UI and brand design, from identity to the live web app.

My noted here

A quick honest note: some of these projects (like Voicari) are under NDA, so I can't show the internal screens, files, or full UX workflow I built. What I can share is the thinking: the problems, decisions, and the public, shipped work. If a section feels light on internal visuals, that's the NDA, not the depth of the work. Happy to walk through the full process privately in a chat.

THE CHALLENGE

Padel is booming! but the info is everywhere and nowhere.

Padel is booming but the info is everywhere and nowhere. Players couldn't easily find clubs, coaches, or trips; clubs and coaches couldn't reach the touring players looking for them. GPH had to consolidate a fragmented, fast-growing sport into one hub people trust and give it a brand that could travel the world.

One platform for every padel enthusiasm

What made the design necessary for the business?

  • Players

want to find clubs, coaches, and trips wherever they travel.

  • Club Owners

want visibility: reach touring players without changing how they operate.

  • Coaches

want to reach the right clients and build their practice.

Research & Discovery

It starts with research and it's teamwork

As a product designer, I start from research. My co-designer and I worked through the UX together: user flows, pain points, and the discovery stage: mapping how three different users would actually move through one platform.

Stakeholder Review

Then we reviewed with the business

We worked closely with the CEO who happens to love playing padel, so he was our built-in main user interview (very handy 😄). His player's-eye view kept every decision grounded in how padel people actually think and move.

Collaboration

And the developer wasn't just building

Our developer was a design partner, not a handoff. We collaborated on how to make the whole team's life easier — starting from within the team and how layout decisions could keep development realistic inside a tight timeline. Then: review, refine, repeat.

Key Design Decision

How do we get busy users to actually finish their profile?

A half-filled club profile hurts everyone: players see less, the club ranks lower, the platform looks empty. The real design problem wasn't the form. It was motivation.

Reasoning

The bottleneck was never "can they fill a form". It was "will they bother."
So I designed for momentum: show progress (the 64% meter), make the next step obvious (empty states that ask for one thing), and reward completion with a better public listing.

Outcome

Richer, more complete club profiles

Key Design Decision · 02

Three audiences, one product: without splitting it in three.

Players, club owners, and coaches all needed GPH but for different jobs. The trap was building three products. The question: how do they share one home without confusing each other?

Reasoning

Players are the demand that makes GPH worth joining for clubs and coaches. So I made discovery the front door for everyone, and let supply (clubs, coaches) convert from inside it — one brand, one destination, roles layered on top instead of walled off.

Outcome

Owners could claim a club from the same site players browse: feeding 25+ clubs and 76+ coaches

The impact

When we showed the site, 25+ clubs signed on from regions around the world, and today 76+ trainers are listed globally: all starting from a prototype and a design vision we carried together with the business.

  • 25+clubs signed on
  • 76+trainers listed globally

See it in the world

GPH is live and growing.
