Challenge & problem I am solving
VeroStay Collective is a membership platform for intentional travelers — "connect globally, support locally." I led the product design: shaping the UX/UI, structuring the landing-page content, and designing the membership experience around how a traveler decides to join. Grounded in competitive analysis and a clear monetization model, the design is complete and preparing to launch.
I started from the traveler's decision: what makes someone move from curious to member and let that drive the structure. I
ran a competitive analysis, mapped the content and page flow, and designed the UX/UI and membership journey so the value is clear before the ask. Design complete; currently in handoff for build and launch.
